We are looking for a&nbsp;Full Stack Developer (Node.js | React.js)&nbsp;(M/F)&nbsp;to design, modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications.

You will support and/or install software applications and components, works from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and maintains documentation of process flow.

You will be the first responsible of the health, performance and availability of the company applications in all the environments Dev/Test/PreProd/Prod.

We are looking for a&nbsp;Full Stack Developer (.Net | React.js)&nbsp;(M/F) to design, modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications.

Senior Full Stack Developer (.Net | React.js)

The IT Business Analyst communicates with the business users of all the systems to understand their needs. Those users produce 'requirements' which clearly state the business needs and aligns with business processes. These requirements are used by the IT team or an external supplier to build or modify the system. While the system is being built, the IT Business Analyst deals with issues and questions, in addition to supporting the business in implementing the required changes to make effective use of the new or existing system.

• Define scope and manage requirements for gathering process for larger initiatives as needed, including business workshop facilitation and roadmap development. This will involve working with business stakeholders.

• Engage with colleagues across various departments to identify system integration points and dependencies, in addition to developing high level solution proposals for these integrations. This includes identifying and scoping master data, reporting, access and provisioning requirements. • Define and document requirements to the highest standard, including business architecture diagrams, use case definitions and as-is/to-be process definitions.

• Engage with Department Heads and Top Management to facilitate clarifications during design and development. • Work with the CTO during preparation and execution of user acceptance testing. This includes providing key input to use cases and test scripts. • Work within agile style reporting projects under direction of the CTO

. • Effectively manage stakeholders, subject matter experts, executives and other internal groups through effective written and verbal communication. • Manage change: working side by side with CTO to implement new ideas effectively within the company strategy, influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach.

• Work closely with the business teams to become a functional expert in key channel processes and related solutions needs. • Leverage experience, observations, industry trends, best practices, and leading-edge technology + process improvement ideas to challenge the status quo.

• Play the role of Scrum Master and coordinate with CTO to prepare the sprints plan and targets
