Heetch El Djazair est une application de mobilité proposant une mission simple: se déplacer facilement à Alger. Nous mettons en relation des particuliers pour effectuer des trajets le jour et la nuit.

La mission de l’équipe est de rassembler une communauté de chauffeurs et de passagers et d’offrir un service de mobilité au top sur Alger !

Au sein de notre team, nous partageons les mêmes valeurs:

• Penser intérêt commun avant tout – General interest first

• Penser, exécuter et monitorer les campagnes de gestion du cycle de vie des passagers et des chauffeurs partenaires Heetch

• Coordonner et mettre en exécution les campagnes de communication et d’acquisition passagers, challenger les canaux d’acquisition existants et en créer de nouveaux

• Accroître la notoriété de la marque (campagne on-line, off-line, etc.),

• Monitorer notre image et les messages avec notre communauté sur les réseaux sociaux

• Créer et gérer les partenariats de marque directement avec les médias et partenaires

• Tu as entre 3 et 5 ans d'expérience en agence, start up ou toute autre entreprise avec un axe de communication important

• Excellentes compétences en rédaction

• Vous avez le contact humain et vous vous adaptez à tout le monde

• Organisé(e) et minutieux(euse), vous savez effectuez plusieurs tâche à la fois et établir les priorités, si vous avez l’esprit d’analyse et aimez les chiffre c’est encore mieux

• Patience et empathie vous aimez aider les autres à résoudre les problèmes ,

• Tu n’as pas peur d’aller chercher les opportunités marketing en contactant médias , influenceurs , marque..etc ,

• Tu sais être la personne la plus importante d’un projet: tu organises comme personne, gère le planning, relance etc..

• tu est parfaitement organisé(e) et a une phobie du retard et des imprécisions,

• tu as la communication dans le sang : tu embarques les équipes dans tes projets et tu sais convaincre pour faire avancer tout le monde dans la bonne direction,

• Tu es créatif/ve, force de proposition, et dispose d’une forte sensibilité marketing avec une appétence particulière pour les réseaux sociaux

Marketing Manager - Alger

By joining Heetch Africa as Country Manager, your role will be crucial to develop growth in your country:

• Manage the team and the office: animate the team, ensure their happiness and motivation, communicate the action plans and make sure that the team performs them as cleanly as possible.

• Own growth of the business, driving execution to boost passengers base, rides, and revenue in a dynamic, highly competitive space.

• Represent Heetch in the community, local media, and in communication with key city stakeholders

• Build and develop strong relationships with senior cross-functional leaders and help define the goals and objectives of these teams at the local level

• Identify and communicate local product needs to product/engineering teams and playbook and share best practices internally to build for scale across the organization

• 5+ years of operations management and business consulting, proven in building and developing teams, optimizing processes, and delivering business goals

• A natural leader with 3+ years of people management experience: you have a high emotional intelligence, and proved the ability to deliver outstanding results through others in a timely manner using a strong sense of focus, organization, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Entrepreneurial hustle and proven self-starter with owner’s mentality

• Data-driven mindset, with strong business judgment, and proven ability to perform analysis, draw key insights, form and execute a strategy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships,

influence stakeholders, and inspire others

• Excellent organization and time management

• Willingness to get your hands dirty, lead by example, and motivate teams

• Fluent in English and Portuguese 🇵🇹. Bonus if you speak French as well.

• Passion for Mobility topics and "shared economy"
