Assistant Sales Supervisors

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day to day operational functions of all assigned Field Team members
  • Owning and ensuring that the sales expectations of the assigned sales team is met or exceeded
  • Identify and investigate growth opportunities for team’s sales productivity
  • Actively involved in the selection and hiring process of Field team members
  • Grooming exceptional field team personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
  • Coordinate the processing of all sales applications in line with policy expectations
  • Ensure the field sales team provides a high standard of client service by displaying friendly, responsive, courteous and effective communication to all customer enquiries and loan applications.
  • Conduct continuous appraisals ensuring that field sales team deliver on their KPIs. Also, encourage high performers and demand performance improvement from teams short of expectations
  • Use the on the job experience to proffer recommendation and advice to the Head of sales on action and strategies that can be used to improve credit administration.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Sales supervisors and Head of Sales

Requirements

  • B.Sc in any field
  • Expert level experience in Customer Service and Relationship Management
  • Strong blend of analytical, decision-making and creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading dynamic brainstorming sessions
  • Highly entrepreneurial, very hands-on in defining objectives and producing deliverables in a fast-paced environment
