You will be working in a collaborative environment to ensure all online activity complements offline efforts. You will be responsible for ensuring that the website is easily found by our targeted audience. You will be working closely with clients and other marketing professionals, liaise with external agencies and suppliers to create and update digital content and campaigns.
you should be able to work well on your own and also be happy to assist the CMO when required and contribute to overall continuous improvement within the team.
Content creation and management of the company’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages.
Perform email marketing campaigns and newsletter writing, SEO, Google ads, Social media campaign creation, and management
Support the digital content creator
Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
Perform market analysis and research on competition.
Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
Participate in organizing marketing events.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a proven track record of success.
Experience with online community building.
A demonstrated ability to work on a variety of tasks at the same time, and keep track of a variety of work-streams;
Experience with PPC(pay per click) and SEO optimization.
Data-driven and highly analytical.
Proficiency with Google Analytics and Adwords
Experience with CRM platforms such as Hubspot.
Experience with Sendgrid and Twilio(or ability to quickly learn and adapt)
Proficiency with social media analytics(Facebook, Linkedin, etc).
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
