Title: Software Engineer, React

Report to: The Engineering Team Lead

About the Role:

The Python Engineer is a member of the our global Field Applications team.This small (5-6), all-remote team shares core hours of 11am - 3pm GMT. You will develop the React Applications that are used by myAgro program staff to track and perform their work in the field. Our operating environment suffers from some limited connectivity, so our apps also work robustly in offline mode.

You Will:

  • React Engineering: Build, test, and fix React Applications
  • Support: Troubleshoot, fix bugs and be responsive to our ticketing platform.
  • Collaborate: Work quickly and communicate with teammates

You Have:

  • The ability write, debug, and fix React Applications in Javascript or TypescriptFramework
  • The ability to write tests with effective assertions and can explain the benefits of using a test-driven approach
  • A disciplined approach to development with git
  • A working knowledge of APIs
  • The ability to function and relate in culturally diverse situations
  • A team-first attitude
