Business Development Coordinator

About the Job

o Identify, contact and generate leads to gain market share, promote our products & services with prospective customers.

o Initiate and develop strong relationships with potential & current clients.

o Manage and grow Key customers in target regions (markets).

o Database management

o Track all stages of the sales process from identification of leads, making prospecting calls, follow up calls and emails/face to face meetings if necessary to obtain key information, booking client appointments.

o Present regular reports and other related performance feedback.

o Monitor and report potential competitors' activities

o Be able to make corporate deals

o Able to meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a quarterly basis.

o Be able to search for targeted clients among different sectors in the marketo Ensure effective internal communication within Sales, Project Management and Customer Relations teams

o Client satisfaction and retention reporting.

o Business development, market researches, and services expansion reporting on a monthly basis.

Job Requirements

o Proven experience in TeleSales / Call Centero Fluent English is a MUST. Other language skill is a plus.

o Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft office package and Internet.

o Excellent Business Writing Skills
