Role summary:This exciting and integral role will involve implementing best practices across various digital channels in line with established brand aesthetics for DiDi Global.
Daily tasks will include (but not limited to) producing advertising assets and materials in accordance with our brand guidelines; as well as integrating design & data insights to increase brand performance coherent with desired product, audience and channel development.
Desired Candidate:To be successful in this role you will need to have strong communication, presentation skills and an enviable portfolio showcasing creative design solutions.
A key attribute of the successful candidate will be the ability to manage multiply projects simultaneously whilst adhering to tight deadlines.
Key Requirements:·Graphic design qualification/degree·At least 2 years of digital advertising design experience·Background working in design studio, agency, or in-house design department, focusing overseas markets. Solid portfolio showcasing creative design solutions.·Master of Adobe Creative Suite, especially PS, AI, Pr, and AE.·Previous experience applying algorithm of online advertising and performance metrics like CTR and CVR· A keen understanding of current cultural trends in design, music, fashion, sports and tech in South Africa.
