Our Engineering & Tech Operations team builds and operates complex solutions for global business challenges that cross cultures, legal jurisdictions, and impacts millions of people and businesses every day. The Position
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who will jump right into hands-on DevOps engineering and collaborate with our development and operations teams to lead the creation of DevOps solutions that scale with our rapid growth.

Responsibilities

Design and build Cloud infrastructure for Seal applications.
Automate the deployment pipeline and other infrastructure components.
Work with Product teams to design scalable services and software.

Basic Qualifications

Comprehensive experience as a DevOps Engineer, working with any cloud provider.
Solid familiarity with Systems Engineering, Operating systems, Networking concepts and security.
Solid experience in scripting in any language.
Strong fundamental knowledge of Cloud technologies, Linux, Scripting, communication and writing skills.
Experience in coding one or more languages. Examples: Java, Go, Python, Nodejs.
Experience with agile methodologies and a rapid development cycle.
Knowledge of networking concepts in major cloud providers

Preferred Qualifications

Proven production experience in a major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, Azure)
Hands-on experience with: Ansible, Jenkins, Salt, etc.
Production experience container orchestration: Kubernetes, Swarm
Knowledge of networking concepts in major cloud providers
Strong understanding of Docker tooling and ecosystem
Comprehensive experience with at least one scripting language
Experience with programming in either Java, Nodejs or Python
Experience with a monitoring service
Experience with a centralized logging service
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as code: Terraform, CloudFormation
Extensive experience of supporting SQL servers
Advanced knowledge of security best practices
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Interpersonal and communication skills
