Django Developer

Shopto Uganda Ltd. is a tech company founded in 2018. Currently we are building a new mobile app for micro, small and medium enterprises. Our strength is development speed. The founder is an expert android developer from Japan and we follow the proven approach of Lean Startup to build the business. We are seeking an experienced Django developer, who will lead the server-side development of the loyalty program system.

Job Description/Requirements

• Python Django Developer
• Direct communication with CEO


Key Tasks:

Server-side development of Shopto App.  

• Design and implement new functions
• Maintain the server

Skills and Experience:

• (Required) 3+ years of experience in Django development
• (Required) Experience in Django Restframework API development
• (Required) Be passionate about making values to users.
• (Preferred) Experience in using Docker
• (Preferred) Experience in using Google Cloud Engine or AWS EC2
• (Preferred) Experience in working at startup companies
• (Preferred) Experience in Vue.js or React.js development
• (Preferred) Test Driven Development
