Front-End Engineer Job Description

We are looking for ambitious self driven front-end engineers to join our team. You will be responsible for building the 'client-side' of our web applications. You should be able to translate our company and customer neeeds into functional and appealing interactive applications. Front-End Engineer Duties and Responsibilities

  • Use a variety of programming languages to create user-friendly web pages
  • Maintain and improve the company website
  • Work in a multidisciplinary team with other professionals such as back-end engineers and UI/UX developers
  • Build high-quality mockups and design differnt prototypes
  • Provide high-quality graphics and visual elements
  • Optimize our web applications for maximum speed
  • Design mobile-based features
  • Always stay consistent with our brand guidelines
  • Get feedback from users and customers
  • Make suggestions for better solutions to problems
  • Keep abreast of latest and emerging technologies
  • Attend training and educations

Front-End Engineer Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven working Experience 4-5 years of experience as a front-end engineer
  • Excellent knowledge of browser troubleshooting and debugging practices and techniques
  • Knowledge of SEO principles
  • In-depth Understanding of JavaScript, CSS, ReactJS and other frameworks
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
  • In-dept understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
  • Understanding of layout aesthetics
  • Familiarity with software engineering tools such as Git and Slack
  • An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
  • Team player
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
