Butterfy is building a new incentive system for the web as an alternative to ads and paywalls. It powers a crowdsourced platform for collecting the Internet’s most insightful content. The goal is to create an information environment that fosters **mutual understanding** instead of polarization. 

Butterfy is a funded not-for-profit and is looking for a new team member who is passionate about responsible tech, digital ethics, and a better information environment.
