Inside sales representative
Sourcing and opening new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound leads
Online lead generation for new restaurants from Search engines and social media channels generating daily conversions.
Customer engagement through bulk SMS and follow up calls to drive reorders and motivate retention
Doing market research, creating and maintaining a database of potential customers online and offline.
Closely working with Trade Development sales team (transferring opportunities and creating new ones)
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executives for further development and closure
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about product promotion, price offerings.
Prompt resolution of customer queries and helping customers place orders.
Diploma in Business Management, A Bachelors Degree is a plus
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
Desired Skills & Experience
3 years experience as a Telesales representative or other sales/customer service role in a service/Fintech industry.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Ability to remain calm under pressure, Cool-tempered, and able to handle rejection
