Junior-standard-senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

 • Ensuring compliance with defined processes and quality standards, and providing visibility into product quality, that’s necessary to facilitate achieving customer satisfaction.


From 0-3 years of experience roles & responsibilities:


• Plan and execute the quality activities required on his/her assigned projects as per the process & the applied standards.
• Evaluate performed software project activities and work-products against Valeo standards.
• Detect and report deviations, non-compliances, & quality risks resulting from software quality audits.
• Track & follow up on deviations and detected issues till closure.
• Participate in internal and external audit preparation.
• Participate in external appraisals and assessments on assigned projects (ISO, CMMI, ASPICE, etc.).
• Report assigned project quality activities on weekly and monthly basis.
• Support QRQC implementation in assigned projects.
• Participate in defining Product Line quality standards when needed.


From 3-5 years of experience roles & responsibilities:


• Coach the project team on the process when needed and conduct ramp up for new hires.
• To be consulted in case of technical conflicts facing junior QAs and QAs.
• Perform root-cause analysis activities on repetitive non-conformances to reduce/eliminate common deviations.
• Participates in following up and coordinating quality activities among other QAs and Jr. QAs in the team.
• Supports the Quality Leader in planning and coordinating team initiatives.
• Supports the Quality Leader in consolidating quality status for reporting.
• Handle complex/critical/high importance projects in Project leaders.
• Plan and execute the quality activities required on his/her assigned projects as per the process & the applied standards.

• Bachelor degree of: Computer Engineering or Communication Engineering or Computer Science.
• From 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Further Quality related certification is a plus (ASPICE, Six Sigma, ISO, CSQA, etc.).
• Excellent command of English language is a must.
