Your Role

Job Overview

  • Key Account Specialist is responsible for managing queries, analyzing data and maintaining client accounts.
  • The responsibilities of Key Account Specialist include performing administrative duties, processing and resolving complaints, and preparing reports.
  • To be successful as a Key Account Specialist, you should have strong customer service skills, as well as strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints, including invoicing and credit notes generation
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
  • Anticipating key account changes and improvements
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress
  • Keep tracking outstanding debts.
  • Plan course of action to recover debt and liaise with other departments
  • Negotiate extended payment plans and the best course of action for customers seeking to avoid further debts

Qualifications

  • Partly ACCA qualified or Degree in Business / Management / Finance or similar.
  • Previous working experience as a Key Account Specialist, accounting/ billing, banking.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude.
  • English and French Speaking & Writing
  • Strategic thinker
  • Keen attention to details
