Operations Hub Leader

We are on the hunt for Operations Hub Leaders in different areas and cities, to join our dynamic and expanding team. This role requires an experienced   Operations Professionals and the primary purpose is to ensure the efficient and effective operation of e-commerce fulfillment on a daily basis within the assigned area or city.

These individuals need to be equipped with strong people skills and an ability to manage and guide an on-ground couriers team.

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic team players, who are able to work in partnership with multiple stakeholders in a business, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Mohandessin, Giza
• Hadayk El Ahram, Giza
• Nasr City, Cairo
• Maadi, Cairo
• Ain Shams, Cairo
• Tanta, Gharbia

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the day-to-day operation.
• Dispatching all packages and ensure smooth delivery.
• Achieving the highest delivery rate within the assigned area.
• Hiring and training drivers and couriers and ensuring complete understanding for the whole delivery cycle.
• Depositing our daily cash and reconciling with the HQ Finance team.
• Enhancing and increasing the drivers' performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Very good in English and high communication skills.
• Data oriented and able to read, analyze numbers.
• High leadership skills are required.
