Product Designer
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer.
- Prior experience in creating, documenting and managing a design system
- Proficiency in design and prototyping software/tools such as Figma etc.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and effectively manage time.
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Strong visual design skills and knowledge of design deliverables like wireframes, lo-fi, hi-fi, prototypes.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team collaboration mindset
- Ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
- Strong sense of product ownership and also the ability to receive objective feedback
- You are keeping up with UI design trends/industry standards and continually looking for ways to improve.

What you'll do:
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering team to deliver high-quality design solutions to customers
- Develop standard UI components and design systems for the company
- Generate and execute product designs from conceptualization to handoff.
- Participating in knowledge sharing to expand the capabilities and skills of the team
