QA Analyst

The ideal candidate has:

Understands the importance of following processes and procedures to achieve a low rate of production issues, bugs or deployment rollbacksAn understanding of what it takes to build great web and mobile applications with a compelling user experienceAbility to think critically, providing valuable feedback on performance, bugs and overall user experienceAttention to detail often finding bugs and potential issues that others might miss or gloss overExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environment working alongside developers in sprintsExperience in a software team or QA department performing in-depth testing of complex Enterprise software systemsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAminimum of 3 yearsof hands-on relevant software testing, test tooling and; test proceduresA mindset that thrives in an environment where everyone pulls together toward a common goal, actively contributing their talent and experienceAttention to detail

Responsibilities:

Proactively address any issues, or blockersCollaborate with management, project management, and QA to meet goals and deadlinesActively contribute to and adhere to formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.In-depth grasp of the business cases under test to ensure a comprehensive test suiteDevelop and execute test cases and scripts; closely matched to acceptance criteria (manual & automated).Defect logging, management, and resolution
