Over the last six months, ReFi Spring has supported 20+ communities to hold IRL events to accelerate the ReFi movement; we are the go-to vehicle to support the growth of the grassroots ReFi movement.
We are now looking for an adventurous individual to join us on this journey as we support this movement to continue blossoming. We are a passionate team that recognises the systemic nature of our climate predicament and believes that Regenerative Finance provides the tooling to scale the global regeneration that is now required.
This role will suit an ambitious and driven early career individual that wants to gain an incredible wealth of experience and hone their voice at the edge of this flourishing movement. You will design and lead the voice, tone and promotion for Refi Spring events and the ReFi Spring Brand on social media platforms.
Building short educational engagement strategies to bring attention to events, promote the regenerative economy to new audiences and engage audiences around the climate crisis, climate justice and solution pathways.
You will be researching and interacting with event organisers and supporting them to engage audiences by crafting narratives and developing interactive opportunities. The role will involve engaging with promoting fundraising opportunities.
This role will develop and implement targeted content on various media platforms. Making abstract concepts real and applicable by pointing to real-world applications and examples.
This will require confident and astute communication skills, a flair for audience engagement and creative enthusiasm to build the ReFi Spring online presence.
Developing regular social media content (Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin) and interactions as part of a broader strategy for social, web and other key channels.
Copywriting for emails and social posts
Engagement on social media through networking and creating relationships and maintenance of CRM of contacts.
Maintenance of Refi Spring Platform/Website visuals and communications
Defining KPIs and measuring all marketing efforts.
Collaborating with the Program lead and Community lead on content strategy.
Holding online events (Twitter spaces, Meeting facilitation)
Provide updates on Refi Spring project progress on community channels, Telegram, and Discord.
Promotional Campaigns for Web3 fundraising opportunities (Gitcoin, Giveth, etc.)
Option to define the marketing criteria for ReFi Spring events to qualify for ReFi Spring Funding.
Option to develop and execute an email marketing strategy to generate interest in ReFi Spring events.

Professional proficiency in English (Essential)
3 years of work experience in communications, social media, events or marketing roles within the environmental or web3 sector, with evidence of successful campaigns.
Evidence of personal following on Social Media Channels
Confidence in speaking publicly
Curiosity and enthusiasm for climate activism, climate justice and Regenerative Finance.
Previous research and user experience with DeFi protocols
Ability to research and build conceptual understanding of ReFi ideas and make engaging to attract new audiences.
Demonstrable experience building effective media campaigns, including social media, email marketing and live events.
Knowledge, experience, and proven efficiencies of major social platforms (i.e. TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)
Basic graphic design skills
Competency in other languages is a huge bonus.
