The Role

Over the last six months, ReFi Spring has supported 20+ communities to hold IRL events to accelerate the ReFi movement; we are the go-to vehicle to support the growth of the grassroots ReFi movement.

We are now looking for an adventurous individual to join us on this journey as we support this movement to continue blossoming. We are a passionate team that recognises the systemic nature of our climate predicament and believes that Regenerative Finance provides the tooling to scale the global regeneration that is now required.

This role will suit an ambitious and driven early career individual that wants to gain an incredible wealth of experience and hone their voice at the edge of this flourishing movement. You will design and lead the voice, tone and promotion for Refi Spring events and the ReFi Spring Brand on social media platforms.

Building short educational engagement strategies to bring attention to events, promote the regenerative economy to new audiences and engage audiences around the climate crisis, climate justice and solution pathways.

You will be researching and interacting with event organisers and supporting them to engage audiences by crafting narratives and developing interactive opportunities. The role will involve engaging with promoting fundraising opportunities.

This role will develop and implement targeted content on various media platforms. Making abstract concepts real and applicable by pointing to real-world applications and examples.

This will require confident and astute communication skills, a flair for audience engagement and creative enthusiasm to build the ReFi Spring online presence.

Demonstrable experience building effective media campaigns, including social media, email marketing and live events.

Knowledge, experience, and proven efficiencies of major social platforms (i.e. TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)

Basic graphic design skills

Competency in other languages is a huge bonus.

We recognise that the passion, mindset, ingenuity, resilience and open-heartedness that you bring to your work and life can be the qualities that best fit our team so we encourage speculative applications from candidates that may not, on paper, cover the background and skills required for the role.

We want to ensure that opportunity is given to anyone responding from communities including, but not limited to, the following: youth groups, people of colour, indigenous peoples, those displaced or most affected by climate breakdown and/or people of female, trans or non-binary association. We realise that these groups continue to be underrepresented & do not want to perpetuate injustice

ReFi Spring aims to catalyse the regenerative finance movement by supporting community builders to host events worldwide to support the education and onboarding of new audiences into ReFi. The events will explore preconceived notions about the role of web3 in climate action, deliver engaging and educational ReFi content, support local action-driven communities to emerge and provide valuable networking opportunities for those already working in web3
