Salesforce Administrator

i-Cloudius is a boutique Cloud service vendor located in sunny Tel-Aviv, Israel. We are growing into the South-African market and looking for a Salesforce Administrator.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with the right set of tools to join our team!

As a Salesforce Administrator, you are responsible and accountable for the deployment and ongoing support of our Salesforce solutions and projects - from implementation to support

You will proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements and take part at projects in various fields such as: Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Customer and Partner Communities, Integrations.

Requirements:

-      At least one year of proven experience in the information systems field.

-      Salesforce Admin Cert desired – An advantage.

-      Completed Bachelor's degree/equivalent – An advantage.

-      Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) consulting experience - An advantage.

-      Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various customers at a time.

-       Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
