Software Developer

Mores-Assessments is looking for a software developer to join our team!

We’re in the middle of two exciting projects to deliver an online assessment platform that revolutionises how leaders understand themselves for personal growth.

You will add value to a startup with a small talented team that has a collective 30 years experience in the online assessments space. Our products are developed on a mature development engine, five years in development, using the latest tech stack for developing Progressive Web Apps.

The position is a full-time contract for three months, with the option for long-term employment. Applicant must be based in South Africa, however remote working is possible.

Responsibilities

·        Develop quality software and web applications

·        Analyze and maintain existing software applications

·        Design highly scalable, testable code

·        Discover and fix programming bugs

Core skills needed (3-5 years experience):

·        Javascript

·        Typescript

·        Node.js

·        GraphQL

·        MongoDB

·        React.js

Additional preferred skills:

·        Experience with Progressive Web App development

·        Material Design

·        Good understanding of Mysql/SQL or relational database skills
