Software Engineer Intern

WHERE DO YOU COME IN?
- You will work with our engineering team to provide computer programming assistance in the development of several software projects.
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO
- Assist in the development of business software.
- Assist in the development of infrastructural software.
- Work within a team to help fix bugs in released software.
- Work with other Software Engineers to develop a better understanding of software technologies.
YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE
- Ability to develop software in Java, Ruby on Rails, C++ or other programming languages.
- Demonstrable use of effective problem solving skills
- Demonstrable basic software development skills
- Love working as part of a team.
- Strong technical, problem-solving skills and understanding of algorithms.
- Strong programming skills.
- Ability to document requirements and specifications.
GREAT IF YOU HAVE
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
- Experience as a Software engineer of software Developer
- Experience developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)
