About Us:

We are working on an innovative Liquid Staking protocol that aims to redefine the staking experience. Our tech stack includes Solidity for smart contracts, Go for backend services, and Next.js for frontend development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain core Solidity smart contracts that handle the movement of staked TARA.

• Implement a Go-based indexer responsible for calculating validator statistics to optimize stake movements.

• Collaborate with the frontend team to ensure seamless integration with the staking app.

• Write comprehensive tests for both smart contracts and Go services.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards.

• Document development processes, APIs, and systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing smart contracts with Solidity.

• Strong proficiency in Go programming language.

• Experience with Ethereum development tools (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat, Ganache).

• Familiarity with blockchain concepts and DeFi protocols.

• Ability to write clean, well-documented, and tested code.

• Experience with Git and version control.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working on staking or DeFi projects.

• Knowledge of Ethereum L2 solutions and sidechains.

• Experience with The Graph and creating subgraphs.

Pay range:

We offer 3 payment schemes ranging from higher base $TARA allocation to higher $LARA allocation:

• $3.5k monthly paid in $TARA tokens - calculated at the time of the transaction in USD denomination + 10M $LARA tokens
• $3k monthly paid in $TARA tokens - calculated at the time of the transaction in USD denomination + 7.5M $LARA tokens
• $2.5k monthly paid in $TARA tokens - calculated at the time of the transaction in USD denomination + 15M $LARA tokens

$LARA tokens - 1 month cliff, then linearly vested for 2 years
