UI Designer

PaySupp is looking for an enthusiastic Mid-level UI Designer with graphics background to work on a leading FinTech Startup project. We are looking for candidates who are team players who has an entrepreneurial spirit and possess strong command of English language and high communication and presentation skills and interpersonal skills to be a part of PaySupp’s team.

You will mostly be responsible to working with our Senior UI/UX designer and marketing manager to design UI interfaces based on UX guidelines and marketing material for social media. Your work with our Senior UI/UX designer will be hand in hand to convert low-fi prototypes and wireframes into ready UI visuals. You are expected to work under the current brand guidelines which is not yet mature, so you will have the opportunity to collaborate on building clear brand guidelines. You will report to the Senior UI/UX designer and have constant feedback meetings on your work before final approval.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design UI interfaces from wireframes provided to you.
• Enhance UI visuals of current system.
• Work closely with UX designer on enhancing brand visuals.
• Work on building/refining our design system.
• Design graphic designs for social media.
• Design graphics for marketing material (fliers, brochure, presentation etc..).
• Reports effectively to his supervisors.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience as a graphic designer, or good visual profile.
• Experience using Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Have good eye for details and visual hierarchy.
• Creative and likes to take on new challenges.
• Fluent English spoken and written.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Team spirit.
• Excellent self-learnings and research skills is a must.
• The candidate must be self-motivated and willing to work remotely without close supervision.
