UX Designer

The ideal candidate has:

Excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Suite (including XD), Sketch, InVision and other design and prototyping softwareA thorough knowledge of design principles and frameworks such as Material DesignAn understanding of what it takes to build great web and mobile applications with a compelling user experienceAbility to produce a variety of options and designs to any given problemAn ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients to establish goals and ensure an optimum user experienceAn ability to balance a variety of viewpoints and maintain flexibility in their creationsAminimum of 3 yearsof hands-on relevant experience creating awesome user journeys and experiencesA mindset that thrives in an environment where everyone pulls together toward a common goal, actively contributing their talent and experienceAttention to detail

Responsibilities:

Proactively address any issues, or blockersCollaborate with management, project management, and QA to meet goals and deadlinesUnderstand customers and their needs through market analysis, customer research, and feedbackProactively gather and review feedback on work from business, product management, development, as well as clients and executive leadership.Evaluate, establish, and apply best practices, patterns, and guidelinesUse business requirements to assist in developing use cases and high-level requirements.Assist in developing personas, customer journey maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
