They will be pushed outside of your comfort zone to constantly learn new skills and develop reusable code libraries.

Their&nbsp;responsibility will be extended&nbsp;in&nbsp;using best practices and writing clean, tested, modular, meaningful code and diagnosing problems at any level (Client, HTTP/Network, Server, Database, OS).

They should understand the business requirements and make informed decisions about the used technologies.
