Candidate must be able to:
· Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation, in accordance with the company’s standard procedure.
· Manage and maintain sales pipelines and ensure all sales administration is up to date.
· Develop new business relationships.
· Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation and close.
· Ensure that all sales opportunities open
· Reach out to potential leads through cold calling.
· Resolve customer issues and complaints speedily to maximize satisfaction and retention.
· Participate in strategy reviews, strategy development and the implementation thereof.
· Manage prospective customers / clients as may be assigned.
· Prepare sales and other reports as may be required
Qualification / Requirements:
· HND/B.Sc in any relevant field.
· Minimum 3-5 years sales experience
· Strong negotiating and persuasive skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Strong drive, motivation and acute attention to detail.
· High level of initiative.
· Ability to work with little or no supervision.
· Excellent communication skills
