MetaMask enables developers to create secure and usable Ethereum-based web sites.A MetaMask Community Moderator will work with the Community Manager, within the Customer Success team, to provide education and support to MetaMask users. They will assist in implementing the community moderation strategy, monitoring and moderating user-generated content to ensure that the online community is maintained as a safe and fun environment. This role promotes excellent customer service, education, and helps to cultivate a strong community around the brand.Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the community building and moderation strategy
• Enforce the listed rules of the community
• Provide engaging and educational content for the community
• Respond to customers in a timely manner
• Monitor, track, and report on feedback
• Coordinate with product stakeholders to properly disseminate pertinent information
• Assist in building and maintaining the external moderator program
• Create unique and creative ways to maximize the community.

Requirements

You have outstanding communication skills and the ability to manage discussions impartially. ****You are passionate about helping end-users and find it fulfilling to help millions of them to use MetaMask better. You have a track record of writing or producing best-in-class content for end-users. You are known as someone who is authentic and creative and can be funny or quirky on occasion. You are fluent in English. You possess the ability to remain professional when engaging with emotional and occasionally aggressive members of a community. You are familiar with the blockchain technology industry and MetaMask. You are a team player, detail-focused, and reliable. You have a good knowledge of the principles of customer service.
