Minimum Requirements

  • Prior experience with customer service and/or fintech industry

Candidate Responsibilities

Work alongside our Head of Customer Success with

  • Customer service emails,
  • Messaging and calls with current and prospective customers,
  • Customer verification applications,
  • Customer deposit and verification follow-ups
  • Assist the team with marketing efforts,
  • Managing customer feedback overview,
  • Assist with Revix Rewards,
  • Customer admin related duties
  • Help create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture,
  • Encourage creativity and intelligent risk-taking, and
  • Optimise processes and systems for efficiency and scalability

The ideal candidate will

  • Have a decent amount of financial/investment knowledge
  • Be dedicated to providing the best possible customer experience
  • Show interest in fintech, cryptocurrencies, blockchain and broader financial industries
  • Have the ability to work well alone or within a small team (8-12 people)
  • Be self-motivated, disciplined and take initiative
  • Have the ability to deliver on time with outstanding quality
  • The ability to think and act strategically while also being hands-on
  • Able to embrace the start-up nature of Revix, so must be open to work abnormal hours at certain times if required
  • Be organised, work hard and take accountability for responsibilities given
