On this team, we are responsible for driving the resolution of urgent incidents that impact our e-commerce platform which impowers millions of business owners worldwide. What You Will Do:

• Operate the needed daily administration tasks
• Monitor metrics and develop ways to improve
• Build and test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning
• Technical triage of multi-tiered critical issues including the collection of data, defining problems, establishing of facts, and drawing conclusions
• Partner with Technical SME's to guide towards the resolution of issues through effective communication and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure consistently structured and detailed troubleshooting
• Conduct post-incident analysis, thoroughly documenting resolutions
• Utilize findings to prevent reoccurring challenges

Your Qualifications:

• Confirmed Knowledge in enterprise-level networking, software deployment, and  IT infrastructure
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage concurrent tasks effectively, while understanding tradeoffs in the decision-making process
• A love of solving problems, taking on difficult challenges, and finding creative solutions
• The motivation and desire to learn new things, challenge the status quo and drive improvements to processes and tools

Nice to Have:

• Configuration management hands-on experience (Ansible,..)
• Experience with Cloud technologies, ( Amazon web services,)
• Experience with CI/CD tools,
• Scripting skills for automation (PowerShell, Python,..)
