Proactively address any issues, or blockersCollaborate with management, project management, and QA to meet goals and deadlinesBuild out a vital Finance Function to complement current systems and procedures.Take charge of setting up the Financial Procedures that will enable the company to scale its operations in multiple cities & locations.Assist in strategic decisions making based on the supported financial analysis of the companies finance health.Restructure the business as and when required for operational and tax efficiencies.Facilitate the annual budget process.Provide monthly financial reporting and analysis of financial statements, including a statement of activities, fund balance, and sources/uses of funds.Provide administrative assistance, including oversight of facility vendors and contracts, and establishing and managing vendor accounts and relationships.Help with the overall business operations for day-to-day running.Responsible for office management including, but not limited to, telephone and internet services, building management, postage, and shipping services, and all leased equipment.Analyze and organize office operations and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.Coordinate healthcare and payroll for Azarc National staff.Hiring and firing of staff.
