This position will Serve as the go-to-market strategic point of contact in the country. Own the customer growth numbers and work closely across marketing, sales, operations, and customer success teams to execute and achieve growth goals.

Along with:

  • Making sure that students find the best quality teachers and content,
  • Acquiring and scale high-quality teachers,
  • Supporting the growth team in launching new academic subjects or acquiring new students communities,
  • Making sure students find the most relevant and highest-quality teachers and live sessions on the right time, and
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Growth teams to design and build tools supporting our operations infrastructure.

You will be asked to:

  • Work with teams on locally launching to any new curriculum and student segments.
  • Develop and maintain the organizational culture in alignment with the Noon Academy values
  • Develop and prepare periodic strategic plans in line with the overall strategy and vision of Noon Academy
  • Strong analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the business.
  • Identify, recruit, motivate, and retain top-quality employees
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the operations.
  • Find ways to increase the quality of customer service, operations.
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs; Manage budgets and forecasts

Requirements

  • Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Experience creating and optimizing processes
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Work with senior stakeholders.
  • Work with directors and head of departments to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the operations.
  • Find ways to increase quality of customer service, operations.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  • Improve operational ways, processes and best practices.
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
  • Design process & operating model, based on the analysis.
  • Develop cases for automating qiser deep understanding of operations processes.
  • Open minded uncertainty facing multiple competing challenges.
