Pariti is a venture-backed startup building the infrastructure for entrepreneurship in emerging markets. We provide access to talent, capital, and resources to founders in emerging markets.

We are currently building a community-based referrals network to help local talent get access to jobs at top African start-ups and businesses - vetted by Pariti.

We are looking for people who:

• Have strong connections to senior operators in African start-ups and/or tech companies
• Are passionate about sharing high potential opportunities with their network

What will you actually need to do:

• Step 1: Register interest here - https://pariti1.typeform.com/to/eHN54NBz
• Step 2: Receive a newsletter once a week, with jobs at top African start-ups
• Step 3: Think about anyone in your network (colleagues, past connections, friends) who might fit the job requirements
• Step 4: Share your recommendations - name; email; LinkedIn URL - that’s it! Pariti does the rest
• Step 5: Earn $1000 for every referral that is successfully hired*

Rewards/benefits:

• $1000 per successful referral*
• $500 monthly reward for top referrers

*Note: your referral must remain in the role for >60 days
