The opportunity

As Growth Campaign Manager you will be tasked with the mission of ensuring that the OfferZen growth team is the best in the world at collaborating remotely to execute platform growth activity.

What you will be doing

  • You’d kick off, run, maintain and report on cross-functional campaigns within the growth group.
  • You’d be responsible for designing the process and tracking Group task management, timelines, and project information up to date.
  • You’d be responsible for keeping the company up to date on how we are doing on campaigns, initiatives, and goal tracking within the Growth Group.
  • You’d ensure that the Growth team is empowered with the right asynchronous tools and processes for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Create, establish and drive use of Growth’s processes, documentation strategies and hygiene.

What you should have

  • University degree, preferably in marketing, communications or similar field
  • 2+ years' experience in marketing campaign management
  • Thrives with lots of feedback - high resilience
  • Interested in understanding our customers
  • Obsessive about self-improvement & constant learning
  • Voracious reader
  • Driven to work super hard to achieve a “Silicon Valley” level of personal execution
  • Interested in technology and startups

We're good at remote. We have office space in Cape Town and Amsterdam but we're working remotely a lot of the time. For this role, we need someone located in South Africa. It's more fun to be near our Cape Town hub office, but we have all the tooling and processes to operate very effectively remotely.

We're helping makers - the people who design and build software products - to unlock their individual potential. We started with recruitment because helping someone find a job they love is one of the fastest ways of changing their life. Since then we've started expanding to things like training, root and building tools for the community.
