•Responsible for business development with Banks/Mobile Money Operators/Payment Service Provider/Aggregators etc.

•Supports technical integration with Banks/Mobile Money Operators/Payment Service Providers/Aggregators etc.

•Provides timely feedback to line Manager about performance, channel integration status planned

• Pay attention to the payment industry regulatory policies, competitors and partners, research and analyze the opportunity points for the improvement of the payment network, and promote the construction of a more competitive payment network

•Manages coordination in the rolling out new services to target partners/customers

•Applies advanced troubleshooting techniques to provides feasible solutions to satisfy partners/customers' needs

•Leverages extensive partners/customers support experience to provide feedback to teams on how to improve Company services

• Bachelor Degree or Its equivalent in Business Management, IT, Computer science, or related field

• Not less than 2 years in business development role and prior direct/indirect work experience in the Payments industry

• Business development with Banks/Mobile Money Operators/Payment Service Providers/Aggregators etc.

•Technical integration Experience with Banks/Payment Service Providers/Aggregators will be an added advantage

•Demonstrate ability and track record of delivering against targets

•Strong understanding of local market dynamics and requirements

•Strong sense of initiative and ability to work both independently and part of a team

•Result-driven with great communication, organization and negotiation skills

•Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives

Business Development Manager - Ivory Coast

We are looking for a motivated and insightful user researcher based in Ghana who will work closely with overseas project team. The user researcher will help us create useful, usable and delightful mobile/web products for users and inspire improvement at all stages of product development by delivering compelling insights based on user research findings

Collaborating closely with overseas teams to organize and execute user research both online and offline, recording survey processes, collecting and analyzing research data / study results;

 Building and maintaining respondent recruitment channels, engaging targeted respondents in structured surveys;

 Monitoring competitive market dynamics, conducting benchmark studies and competitive analysis on a regular basis;

 Monitoring online and offline public opinions towards products and reporting to overseas teams on a regular basis.

 Sometimes work on very broadly defined, loose concepts, and sometimes on narrowly defined, tactical features

 Work in a highly collaborative fashion with design, product, operation and marketing teams

 A desire to keep pushing your work until all details are attended to;
